Job Description PRACTICE MANAGER, GREATER MANCHESTER - Play a Key Role in the Continued Success of a Long-Established Law Firm

  • An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice Manager to join a long-established and well-regarded law firm in Greater Manchester.

This is a key position within the firm, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to take responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the practice, whilst working closely with the firm's senior leadership team to support its continued development and success.

The Role
As Practice Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the firm, ensuring that the business continues to operate efficiently while maintaining the high standards expected by its clients.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running and administration of the practice
  • Supporting the firm's partners and senior management team
  • Managing and developing operational processes and procedures
  • Monitoring compliance, risk and regulatory requirements
  • Overseeing HR, recruitment and staff development
  • Supporting financial and budgetary management
  • Managing relationships with key external suppliers and professional advisers
