Job Description We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to provide administrative and sales support to financial advisers and their team to ensure clients receive a 5 star service from start to finish.

Providing support to clients after a mortgage application has been submitted by ensuring all documents are compliant and liaising with mortgage lenders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Checking files to ensure all documents provided are compliant, under FCA regulations
  • Liaise between lenders, solicitors, advisers and clients
  • Acting as the main point of contact for mortgage progression through to offer
  • Ensuring the products selected remains the best for our client
  • Follow up and chase Mortgage Reviews
  • Organising calls for clients due for a remortgage to retain existing business.
  • Generate 5 star google reviews

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and outlook
  • Well-spoken with excellent knowledge of the English Language
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise and organise own workload
  • Ability to work under extreme pressure to meet deadline
