A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Devon is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing and successful Property team.
Due to continued expansion, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to become part of a supportive and collaborative department handling a broad range of residential property matters. The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Other general residential property matters You will also play an important role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, professional contacts, and referrers, whilst supporting colleagues across the wider team when required. About You The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 1 year's experience handling residential conveyancing matters
- Be confident managing their own caseload independently
- Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
- Be commercially aware and focused on delivering exceptional service
- Be comfortable using case management systems
- Have strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ideally possess an existing network of professional contacts and referrers Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners.
