Disrepair Solutions Group is expanding its field team and is looking for confident, motivated people to join us as Tenant Support Representatives.
This is a people-focused, field-based role where you'll speak directly with residents, understand their housing concerns and identify genuine enquiries that may require further assessment.
If you're confident speaking to people, enjoy working independently and want a role where your effort can directly influence your earnings, we'd like to hear from you.
Full training and guidance provided.
Previous experience is helpful but not essential.
The Role
You'll work in allocated residential areas, speaking with residents face-to-face about their housing conditions.
Your role will include:
Carrying out professional door-to-door housing surveys
Speaking respectfully and confidently with residents
Asking questions about housing conditions and repair issues
Identifying potential issues such as damp, mould, leaks, heating, plumbing, roofing and windows
Establishing whether repair problems have previously been reported
Recording information accurately
Following DSG's qualification procedures
Submitting genuine enquiries for further assessment
Representing Disrepair Solutions Group professionally
Working independently while staying connected with the wider team
