Receptionist (Part-Time) Location: Swansea Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (24 hours per week) Pay Rate: Β£13.52 per hour Please only apply if you have a valid Enhanced DBS Our client is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while providing administrative support to the wider team. Key Responsibilities - Greeting visitors and managing reception duties - Answering and directing incoming telephone calls - Handling emails and general enquiries - Managing appointments and diary bookings - Maintaining accurate records and filing systems - Receiving and distributing post and deliveries - Providing general administrative support as required About You - Previous reception or customer service experience is desirable - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Confident using Microsoft Office applications - Well-organised with strong attention to detail - Professional, reliable, and able to work independently - Friendly and approachable manner Essential Requirement - Successful candidates must have a valid Enhanced DBS.
