Job Description

Residential Conveyancer / 5+ PQE / Merseyside / c£45,000 DOE / An excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage their own caseload within a supportive property team, with dedicated Conveyancing Assistant support and flexible working options
JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer PQE REQUIRED: 5+ LOCATION: Merseyside SALARY: Up to £45,000 (DOE) THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join an established residential property team.

You will manage your own varied caseload from initial instruction through to completion, advising clients throughout each stage of their transaction.

Your caseload will include residential purchases and sales, with responsibility for reviewing searches, mortgage offers and survey reports, dealing with SDLT and Land Registry requirements, preparing contracts and transfer documents and coordinating exchange and completion.

You will liaise regularly with clients, lenders, estate agents and other parties in the chain, ensuring transactions progress efficiently and clients receive clear, proactive and professional advice throughout.

You will also benefit from the support of a full time, office based Conveyancing Assistant, allowing you to focus on managing your caseload and delivering excellent client service.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload and will be confident handling a varied workload from instruction through to completion.

You will have strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing, excellent organisational and case management skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Strong communication and client care skills are essential, alongside the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.

A proactive, positive and commercially aware approach is required, together with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and other professionals.

THE FIRM:
The firm offers a generous holiday allowance of up to 25 days, in addition to bank holidays and three additional days over the Christmas and New Year period.

Hybrid working is available.
