Job Description JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 4+ LOCATION: Berkshire THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded Thames Valley law firm experiencing continued growth. The firm has an excellent reputation for providing commercially focused legal advice to businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and established corporate clients. It is now looking to strengthen its Corporate Team with a talented and commercially minded solicitor.
Working closely with experienced partners and specialists, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Company restructures and reorganisations
- Shareholder agreements
- Joint ventures
- Corporate governance
- Share and asset sales and purchases
- Private equity and investment transactions
The role offers the opportunity to manage an independent caseload, while also supporting on larger and more complex transactions. The successful solicitor will play an active role in developing client relationships and contributing to the continued growth and success of the team. ABOUT YOU
- 4 β 6 years PQE in corporate law gained within a recognised law firm
- Has strong technical, drafting and analytical skills
- Demonstrates excellent commercial awareness
- Thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment
- Is proactive, organised and committed to delivering exceptional client service
