Job Description Role- Service Delivery Project Manager Work location- London, UK Job Type- Full Time Job Spec: – work experience of around 10 to 12 Years. – Excellent client communication skills. – Ensure projects and programs are aligned with the strategic plan of the organization. – Define the program controls, or the processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program. – Manage the risks and issues that might arise throughout the program life cycle and take measures to correct them when they occur. – Manage stakeholders who are involved in the program along with good understanding of client relationship management.
