The Role
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Scientist to join our lab team. This is not a narrowly defined role – as a growing company, we all wear many hats, and your day-to-day will be varied, hands-on, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture of PCR master mixes and other molecular biology reagents
- Design and validation of genetic assays
- Assist with quality control testing of reagents, master mixes, and instrumentation
- Provide technical support to customers – by email, phone, and occasionally in person
- Contribute to R&D and product development projects

- Familiarity with laboratory QC procedures and/or reagent manufacturing
- Previous customer-facing or technical support experience
