Role – We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect with proven experience in loyalty program design and implementation. This position sits within a high-performing team shaping the future of customer engagement. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing loyalty solutions, retrofitting business requirements in the EBS landscape, and integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deliver scalable loyalty programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or eCommerce platforms.
- Design loyalty features: point systems, tier structures, reward catalogs.
- Lead solution design discussions with business users and technical stakeholders.
- Integrate Salesforce with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party systems.
- Ensure high performance, security, and maintainability of all solutions.
- Document functional requirements and configure setups in EBS as per solution design.
- Drive data modeling, API architecture, and DevOps using Copado.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce best practices and architecture governance.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, specifically for loyalty programs.
- Salesforce Architecture Track certifications required.
- Strong experience with Salesforce technologies: APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, Force.com.
- Strong understanding of SFDC data models across various Salesforce products.
- Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and Vlocity/Omnistudio.
- Experience working with DevOps tools such as Copado for CI/CD.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
