This firm is offering an exciting opportunity for someone to play a key role in shaping and developing a high-performing employment law team.
OVERVIEW:
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out tasks such as:
- Advising clients on a broad range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
- Managing a caseload and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Supervising and managing junior members of the team.
- Be responsible for marketing and business development, along with client relationship management. THE CANDIDATE:
- The firm is looking for a Solicitor that has a track record of managing their own caseload and has experience managing junior Solicitors and paralegals.
- You should be able to lead by example and demonstrate strong and supportive leadership skills.
- You should also have 4+ years' experience in dealing with employment matters.
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of employment matters is also required.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- It would also be beneficial if you have an established track record of meeting financial targets. THE FIRM:
