Notre mission chez Funnel Builders est d'aider les infopreneurs, coachs et experts à scaler leur activité jusqu’à +1M€/an. Nous automatisons leur acquisition client, optimisons leurs tunnels de vente, et installons des stratégies digitales ultra-efficaces. Nous cherchons un Head of Sales qui ne veut pas juste “closer”, mais bâtir des machines commerciales chez nos clients. Ce poste est unique car il est un rôle pivot entre l’agence, les équipes de vente des clients, et la performance.
En clair, vous devrez :
- Structurer les ventes chez nos clients (coaching, formation, infoproduit)
- Optimiser le parcours client chez nos clients afin de maximiser les conversions
- Piloter ou recruter leurs closers, et suivre leurs KPIs
- Coacher les équipes internes ET closer si besoin pour l’agence
Vos missions principales :
- Structurer la stratégie de vente chez les clients
- Recruter, former et suivre les closers (en interne et chez les clients)
- Mettre en place les scripts, CRM, process et KPIs
- Suivre les résultats hebdomadaires, challenger les équipes, corriger vite
- Collaborer avec nos pôles Copy, Ads, Growth et Opérations
- Accompagner directement certains clients clés dans leurs résultats
- Participer à la stratégie commerciale de Funnel Builders (si souhaité)
Ce poste est pour vous si :
- Vous avez déjà piloté ou closé des offres de formation / coaching à +2000€
- Vous avez de l’expérience en vente B2C high-ticket (closing)
- Vous avez coaché des closers, formé des setters, suivi leurs résultats
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les process de vente modernes : CRM, suivi des leads, etc.
- Vous êtes orienté performance, avec un fort esprit de leadership

En somme, nous recherchons un profil :
- Avec 2+ ans d’expérience en vente B2C
- Qui maîtrise de la vente High Ticket (2K€ à 10K€)
- Avec un leadership naturel
- Avec une aisance avec les outils CRM (Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM ou équivalent)
- Une bonne compréhension de l’univers des infopreneurs / tunnels de vente
