A well-established law firm in Leeds is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join the team on a locum basis ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review wills, ensuring they reflect the client's wishes and comply with legal requirements.
- Handle the administration of estates, including obtaining grants of probate, distributing assets, and resolving any related issues.
- Advise clients on trust structures, inheritance tax planning, and other aspects of wealth management and preservation.
- Draft and advise on lasting powers of attorney for property, financial affairs, and health and welfare.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in areas such as wills, probate, trusts, inheritance tax, powers of attorney, and estate administration.
- In-depth understanding of laws related to estate planning, tax, inheritance, and trust law.
