Job Description Fantastic opportunity not to be missed at this outstanding Top 50 law firm with a major regional presence who are now looking to expand their Planning & Development team in the North West. Ideally they are seeking a Solicitor with at least 5 Years\’ PQE to join as a Principal Associate, Legal Director or Partner and take a significant role within the national Planning team. The existing team is split nationally but they are keen to bring establish a bigger presence and are open to grow the team from any of their regional offices, so there will be scope for you to take a lead on growth within your office & team. The work in place will consist of a broad spread covering most planning work that consists of; non-contentious legal agreements, planning enforcement, CPO, highways / public rights of way, planning strategy and new town advice. The department act for a lot of local government & social housing clients, individuals, large private and charitable estates, as well as retail operators. There is a considerable amount of CPO & Land Tribunal work that can be dealt with too. Due to the seniority of this appointment the salary banding is wide and all levels will be considered for this position, with circa £80,000 being the lower end of the bracket.
