Locations: Norwich Contract Type: Care at Home Pay: Β£16–£18 per hour Hours: Flexible – 1 to 5 Days or Nights per Week Weekend Work: Available
About the Role
We are recruiting several experienced Support Workers to provide Care at Home support across Norwich and Ipswich.
These roles are ideal for Support Workers with experience supporting individuals with more complex care needs, particularly those who are confident with PEG feeding and tracheostomy care.
There is excellent flexibility available, with opportunities to work between 1 and 5 shifts per week, including both day and night work. Weekend shifts are also available.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and support within the individual's home

Support individuals with PEG feeding and associated care
-
Provide tracheostomy care in line with individual care plans
-
Monitor wellbeing and report any changes or concerns appropriately
-
Support with personal care and daily living activities where required
-
Follow individualised care plans and clinical guidance
-
Maintain accurate records of care provided
-
Promote dignity, independence, comfort and safety at all times

Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team

What We're Looking ForEssential

Previous Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant experience

Experience with PEG care

Experience with tracheostomy care

Confident working within a Care at Home environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and patient-centred approach
-
Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately
