Joshua Addington is building the next chapter of a career that already has real work behind it — Founder and Director of Adders Entertainment Group, Director of the company's International Film Screenings in Milton Keynes (ODEON Milton Keynes Stadium, 2022) and London (Whirled Cinema, Loughborough Junction), a First-Class BA (Hons) graduate in Acting for Contemporary & , and winner of 'Best Film & TV Teacher 2025' across all Pauline Quirke Academies in England.
What's missing is someone sharp enough to help run the business side of it. That's you — and this is a founding role, not just a job. This role is built to scale with you. Start with as little as one hour a week — no big commitment, no risk to your current work or schedule. Find bookings, and the role (and the earning) grows from there. Find nothing yet? You've lost an hour, not a career.
The Money
- Up to 30% commission, no cap — the more you book, the more you earn, with no ceiling on either.
- Paid fast — commission is paid out as soon as it actually lands, every time, no delays A genuine, fast-tracked path to a guaranteed base salary (PAYE), on top of ongoing commission, once your bookings show real consistency — not a vague "someday".
- As we grow: enhanced pension, death-in-service cover for your family, and a discretionary bonus tied to the whole business — built in as we scale, not just promised.
The Hours
- As little as 1 hour a week to start — fit it around whatever else you've got going on
- Fully remote, no fixed schedule — work when and how suits you. Opportunity for hybrid work down the line!
- Scale up your time as the bookings (and your earnings) do.
What you will be doing
- Finding, pitching for, and negotiating bookings
- Running point on emails and calls
- Scheduling
- Diary & Calendar management
- Being the organised, reliable force behind the scenes
What you're booking
- Film work — with established industry filmmakers
- Seminar & assembly hosting — including mental health and film-related talks
- Commercial film work — for businesses, brand and corporate video
- Singing gigs — live performances
Who we want
Someone organised, confident on the phone and email. Existing contacts in events, hosting, corporate video, or film are a big plus — but not essential. A self-starter who thrives without being micromanaged and someone who is reliable and trustworthy — this role runs on trust, and we build that both ways
