Job Description Handle Recruitment are partnering with a leading global entertainment business to recruit an Senior FP&A Manager to support its growing International Production division.
This is a high-impact role with significant exposure to senior leadership, responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and commercial analysis across an international production portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead divisional budgeting, forecasting and FP&A activity.
- Partner with international Finance Directors and senior business leaders.
- Provide clear financial insight, identifying risks, opportunities and performance gaps.
- Support strategic decision-making, business cases, financial modelling and valuations.
- Lead high-quality reporting for senior leadership and corporate stakeholders.
- Drive strong finance business partnering and continuous improvement.
About you:
- ACA, CIMA or equivalent qualified.
- Significant senior-level FP&A/commercial finance experience.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Experience working in an international, complex organisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Entertainment, media or production experience would be highly advantageous.
