Leading UK property development group are looking to hire an experienced and hands-on Interim Finance Consultant asap for an initial 6 month interim period, reporting into the Finance Leadership. The expectation is that the assignment will be delivered in a hybrid working pattern, with the expectation of remote working and ad-hoc meetings from time to time in their London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate core month-end process for a number of key divisions
- Develop enhanced reporting packs, to improve consistency and rigour
- Lead on budgeting/forecasting/planning, with support of other finance stakeholders
- Oversee small team of Management Accountants/Analysts
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Accountant, with exposure to large and complex businesses
- Experienced Finance Professional, well versed in all areas of Management Accounting and FP&A
- Background to experience of long-term contracts. Property Development/Construction experience a bonus
- Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to work autonomously
