A leading university is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Finance Business Partnering to lead its business partnering function and support strategic decision-making across the institution.
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will work closely with academic and professional service leaders, providing expert financial advice, challenge and insight to ensure the effective allocation of resources and delivery of organisational objectives.
We are looking for an ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA qualified accountant with a strong track record of budget management, forecasting, financial modelling, cash flow management and leading high-performing finance teams. You will be a credible senior stakeholder manager, capable of translating complex financial information into clear, actionable advice education experience is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates within other complex, regulated environments who can bring fresh perspectives and strong leadership capability. What's on offer?
- Salary from Β£64,290 to Β£71,792 per annum (Grade 9), plus a pending 2% pay increase
