Job Description Litigation Solicitor / 2+ PQE / Gloucestershire / £45-55,000 DOE / A well-respected legal firm is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding team.
OVERVIEW:
- This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor to take ownership of a varied caseload while developing their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
- During your role there you will work closely with experienced colleagues on a broad range of contentious matters.
- You will also play an active role in the development of the business and client relationship management.
- You will be managing your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion, advising clients on a variety of litigation matters, including:
- Contentious probate.
- Contracts disputes.
- Property disputes.
- TOLATA claims.
- Company and shareholder disputes.
- Employment disputes. THE CANDIDATE:
- The firm is looking for a Solicitor that has at least 2 years' experience handling litigation matters.
- You should be able to lead by example and demonstrate strong and supportive leadership skills.
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of litigation matters is also required.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
