Job Description This is an exciting new opportunity to work at a leading, global law firm in London as legal operations analyst. Based in the innovation team, the main purpose of this role is to support the firm\’s use of innovative technology, deliver legal technology training to lawyers and act as a subject matter expert. Responsibilities: – Developing innovation initiatives. – Configuring software including contract review and generative AI platforms. – Identifying opportunities to apply new technologies to projects and tasks. – Monitoring usage of technology to support adoption. – Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and vendors. – Promoting services and acting as an ambassador for innovation. – Delivering training sessions targeted to a specific audience. – Supporting staff with their use of emerging AI solutions. Experience and technical skills: – Using and configuring legal technology tools. – A collaborative approach and the ability to liaise comfortably at all levels. – A passion for innovative technology and an interest in how it can improve the delivery of legal services. – The ability to build strong relationships. – Previous experience of delivering training. – Comfortable presenting to different audiences. – Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to convey technical information in a simple to understand language. – Self-motivated and proactive.
