We specialise in designing, building, and marketing online Shopify stores that excite customers and generate revenue.
Our small but mighty team is passionate about helping ambitious brands sell more online through tailored, personal service.
We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join the team and support the delivery of high-performing social content and influencer collaborations across our ecommerce client portfolio.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone with a strong interest in social media, content and e Commerce marketing.
Working closely with our Marketing Director, designers and wider team, you'll help plan and deliver engaging social media activity across a range of e Commerce brands, alongside supporting influencer campaigns.
A key part of the role will be coming up with creative ideas that help brands stand out on social, turning marketing priorities, products and promotions into engaging content.
You'll be involved in everything from planning content calendars and writing copy to briefing creative, coordinating influencers and reviewing what's performing.
You don't need to be a specialist in every area.
We're looking for someone who is creative, organised, commercially aware and genuinely excited by social media, while being comfortable managing a varied workload across multiple brands.
Experience managing organic social media for e Commerce brands would be a big advantage.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Planning and supporting organic social media activity across a range of e Commerce brands
- Developing creative ideas for social posts, campaigns, Reels and other short-form content
- Writing engaging, on-brand social media copy
- Creating and managing social content calendars around key campaigns, launches, trends and seasonal moments
- Briefing designers and content creators on social assets and creative requirements
- Supporting the creation of simple social-first content, including capturing photos and short-form video where required
- Coordinating influencer and creator activity, including outreach, gifting and collaborations
- Keeping up to date with social media trends, platform developments and emerging content formats
- Reviewing social performance and using insights to help shape future content
- Writing marketing copy for blogs, landing pages and other digital content
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure client activity is delivered accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
Ideally, you'll have
- Previous experience in a social media, digital marketing, e Commerce or similar role
- Hands-on experience managing or supporting organic social media for brands
- A strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok and the types of content that work across each platform
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Confidence developing creative content ideas and contributing to campaign planning
- A good eye for engaging social content and current trends
- Good commercial awareness and an understanding of how social media can support brand awareness, engagement, traffic and sales
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple brands, tasks and deadlines
- The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small team
- A genuine interest in social media, e Commerce and digital marketing
- Particularly Useful Experience
