Role Overview Routine & Complex Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g. oil changes, tyre rotations) and complex repairs on engines, transmissions, and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, use diagnostic tools to identify issues, and collaborate with colleagues to avoid unresolved faults. Parts Management: Recommend, order, receive, and install appropriate replacement parts, ensuring proper fit and functionality. Documentation & Reporting: Accurately complete job cards, document all services, repairs, parts used, and submit Vehicle Health Check (VHC) reports. Quality & Safety Standards: Adhere to quality control standards, ensure repairs are reliable and safe, meet efficiency and productivity targets, and maintain a focus on health and safety for yourself and others.
