Job Description Java Developer – All Levels Considered (Remote/Hybrid) Remote-first, with occasional travel to Leamington Spa Are you a back-end developer who thrives on solving real problems, building scalable systems, and working with purpose? We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing tech company that’s building impactful digital products in the FinTech space — and they’re looking to grow their Java engineering team. We’re open to speaking with junior through to experienced developers, provided you bring the right mindset: proactive, curious, methodical, and passionate about building clean, maintainable code.
