adi Climate Systems provide the design, installation and commissioning of sustainable heating, ventilation and air conditioning to support the safety, quality and production of our client’s products and processes. To a lesser extent we also offer these services for the comfort and wellbeing of people.

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Design & Estimating Manager to lead our design team in developing and costing efficient and innovative heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in HVAC system design principally for industrial and process applications. This role requires collaboration with engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions that meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the HVAC design team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Developing and reviewing HVAC system designs, including load calculations, ductwork, piping, and equipment selection.
  • Overseeing compliance with industry standards, building codes, and energy regulations.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and designers.
  • Performing site visits to assess existing systems and support installation teams.
  • Leading and managing the estimating process ensuring that the designs are costed accurately and timely for client submission.
  • Managing project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Evaluating new HVAC technologies and energy-efficient solutions.
  • Ensuring quality control and continuous improvement in HVAC system designs.
