Our client, an ambitious and rapidly scaling activewear brand is looking for a commercially driven Head of Merchandising to lead end-to-end merchandising across apparel, footwear, and accessories. You’ll be responsible for building data-led, customer-focused assortments that support the brand’s mission, while driving category P&Ls, seasonal planning, and product lifecycle optimisation. Key Responsibilities: – Own and execute the merchandising strategy across own-label and branded product. – Build seasonal range plans aligned to commercial targets and innovation goals. – Monitor category performance and make agile trade decisions to drive sell-through and margin. – Collaborate cross-functionally with design, buying, digital, and marketing teams. – Shape product launches and support strong customer journeys across all channels. – Guide planning, pricing, and markdown strategy in partnership with finance.
