Our client is a fine wine investment platform built for a new generation of investors. They make investing in wine so seamless and cost-effective that it can form a part of every portfolio for the very first time. Their investment solutions allow investors to gain exposure to diversified, expertly-curated portfolios of fine wine, at a fraction of the cost of owning the underlying wines outright. This is a rare chance to join a breakout business right as it hits its inflection point. They’re backed by respected investors, trusted by their clients, and they’ve laid the groundwork for growth. However, to ensure the long term success of the business we need to understand and optimise our unit economics. With that in mind, we’re looking for a hands-on Head of Growth – someone who thrives on performance marketing, testing relentlessly, and making the numbers work. What you\’ll do… Paid Search & Paid Social – You’ll take full ownership of our ad accounts (currently Google and Meta, but soon LinkedIn and Reddit too). – Craft the strategy, run the tests, manage the budget, and scale what works – Figure out how we can spending efficiently — we have an idea of our LTV, but we need to ensure we our LTV:CAC is 3:1 at a minimum. SEO & Organic – Create a clear, long-term inbound strategy (technical SEO, content structure, link-building). – You won’t need to write everything yourself – but you’ll know what to brief and why. – We want evergreen content that compounds. Funnel Optimisation – Improve conversion rates across every touchpoint – Use heatmaps, testing tools, and behavioural data to remove friction and boost trust – Work with our designers/devs (freelance for now) to make real changes fast Email & CRM – Own the full journey from cold lead to repeat investor – Design automated nurture flows, newsletters, and segmentation logic – We already have flows converting at 3–5% – your job is to push this further and smarter Partnerships – Help manage our content partnerships – making sure we land placement with newsletters and distribution partners. Analytics &Attribution – Build a data layer that you trust – so you know what’s driving performance, and what isn’t – Run weekly/monthly growth reviews with clear CAC, LTV, conversion, and cohort data Who you are… – Strong performance marketing chops (esp. paid search, paid social, SEO). – Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and funnel dynamics. – Comfortable testing hypotheses with limited budget, scrappy executioner. – Can work cross-functionally with product and data teams (or founders) to build feedback loops. – Experience growing a DTC, investment or fintech product – ideally from pre-seed/seed to scale. – A full-stack growth mindset: acquisition, conversion, retention, analytics – You write and brief great copy – especially in trust-sensitive categories – You are strategic, but heavily biased toward execution. You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves. Salary:up to £85k DOE Logistics:Remote first – access to their Wandsworth offices with gym/pool.
