They are now seeking a commercially driven Head of eCommerce to lead the next phase of their online growth.
Role Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving online transactions, increasing qualified traffic, and optimising the digital customer journey. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a blend of analytical thinking, creative vision, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a robust eCommerce strategy aligned with the brand’s commercial goals.
- Identify growth opportunities across product categories and customer segments.
- Conversion Optimisation
- Manage the performance of the eCommerce platform, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, and revenue.
