We’re partnering with a leading global provider of clinical trial support services to hire a Global Logistics Coordinator for their EMEA Logistics Helpdesk team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring on-time delivery and support for temperature-sensitive clinical trial materials and patient-specific shipments, while also contributing to sustainability initiatives through the reuse of high-performance packaging.
What You'll Do:
- Provide proactive track & trace and escalation support for inbound/outbound shipments
- Support reverse logistics and returns management of clinical trial supplies
- Manage the Credo reuse programme: coordinate returns of reusable temperature-controlled packaging, arrange pickups, track usage, and maintain metrics
- Support Clinical Site to Patient (CstP) shipment processes
- Generate shipping documentation in compliance with GDP and GxP standards
- Handle incoming requests from clinical trial sites, clients, and internal teams via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain accurate data and client reporting with high attention to detail
- Participate in process improvement and team collaboration initiatives
What You Bring:
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Prior exposure to logistics, clinical trials, or life sciences is a plus—but not essential; full training will be provided
Minimum Requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent education level
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
