Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor/n Location: Cullompton/n Pay Rate: Β£14.57 Per Hour/n Hours: 16:30 β 03:30, Monday β Thursday/n
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our client in Cullompton. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established and growing business.
The Role:
- Supervising and supporting a team of cleaners across the site
- Ensuring production areas, offices and communal spaces are cleaned to a high standard
- Allocating cleaning duties and ensuring tasks are completed effectively
- Carrying out regular checks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Sweeping, mopping and sanitising work areas
- Emptying bins and ensuring waste is disposed of safely
- Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies where required
- Ensuring cleaning equipment is used correctly and maintained
- Supporting the team with cleaning duties when required
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Reporting any issues or maintenance requirements to the appropriate person The Candidate:
- Previous cleaning experience is essential, ideally with some supervisory or team-leading experience
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Confident supervising and supporting a small team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
