THE ROLE:
- You will combine your technical expertise with genuine people leadership, helping a talented team deliver an excellent service while playing an important part in the continued growth of the department.
- As Head of Residential Property, you'll be much more than a senior fee earner. You will help set the tone for the team, support and develop colleagues, and work with the wider business to make sure we continue to deliver a high-quality, efficient and client-focused service.
- You will retain an appropriate level of your own caseload, keeping you close to the work and clients, while also having the opportunity to influence how the wider team operates.
- Have a voice in how the department operates, contributing ideas around workflow, technology, efficiency and client service. SKILLS
REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.
- You will be an experienced residential conveyancer with a strong understanding of the full conveyancing process and the confidence to take ownership.
- You will be responsible for managing a residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership.
- Supervising, mentoring or supporting colleagues and helping others develop.
- Handling complex issues calmly and finding practical solutions.
- Balancing technical quality and compliance with commercial and client-service considerations. ON OFFER:
