- Ensuring properties remain compliant with current lettings legislation.
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Keeping property records and internal systems up to date.
Team Leader Opportunity
For the right candidate, there is the opportunity to lead and support a small team of Property Managers, providing guidance and helping to maintain high standards across the property management department.
This would suit an experienced Property Manager who is ready to take the next step into a Property Management Team Leader position.
