Job Description Business Analyst Buckinghamshire Hybrid – 2 days pw onsite £500-£550 a day Outside IR35 Experience Required – Proven experience in business analysis gained within the insurance/financial services industry, working with highly transactional digital platforms – Experience in defining APIs and technical business processes – Detailed understanding of API design principles and exposure to associated technologies. – Working knowledge of API management tools, middleware (Mulesoft), and integration platforms – Have an appreciation and understanding of API design standards and technologies (e.g. JSON, XML, Swagger, RAML). Hands-on coding experience is not required. – Ability to utilise API testing tools such as Postman and SOAPUI to ensure solution integrity – Ability to break down high-level business requirements into epics and user stories (BDD & TDD). – Ability to capture, analyse, and elicit business requirements to create detailed technical business processes. – Ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and maintain a customer-focused approach. – Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools. – Experience of leading BA delivery on complex projects or programmes circa £1m budget – Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders, end clients and external suppliers – Ability to work within high-performing virtual teams Please apply now for more information
