Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Legal Executive | 3+ PQE | Bristol | Competitive
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing and highly regarded team in Bristol.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, working alongside the Director and Head of Dispute Resolution and other senior members of the team. There is also an excellent opportunity to develop a specialism and play an active role in the continued growth of the department.
The role is ideally based at the firm's Bristol office, although other locations will be considered. Hybrid and flexible working is available.
THE ROLE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with 3+ years' PQE or equivalent experience, including relevant pre-qualification dispute resolution experience.
You should have significant litigation experience within the County Courts and/or High Court, with experience in some or all of the following:

  • Commercial litigation, including JVA, shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
  • Property litigation, including boundaries, easements and restrictive covenants
  • Injunctive proceedings and adverse possession
  • Residential possession claims
  • Contentious trusts and probate
  • Construction disputes ABOUT YOU: You will be a confident and experienced litigator with excellent client care and communication skills.
