Guiding new recruits through onboarding, support experienced advisors to reach new heights, and ensure the T&C framework is delivered to the highest standard - all while helping to continue to grow a high-performing, customer-focused Financial Services business.

- Essential: Full UK driving license
- Location: Covering branches across Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire
- Work
Pattern: 5 days a week (Monday–Friday: 08.30 start, Saturday: 09.00 start), office-based with travel across a wide geographical area, regular evening work, occasional weekends, and occasional working from home.

The Performance Development Role
- Deliver onboarding and induction support for new Mortgage Advisors
- Coach and develop existing advisors to improve performance, productivity and protection penetration
- Conduct observations, KPI reviews, development reviews and CPD support within the T&C framework
- Support branch integration and help embed new recruits
- Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes
- Provide insight, reporting and recommendations to support performance decisions
- Work closely with Area Mortgage Managers, the Financial Services Director, Training Manager and Home in One Compliance
The Performance Development Person
- Motivated by developing others and driving performance
- CEMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong relationship-building skills – you know how to connect with people!
- A solid work ethic, organised and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Experienced in coaching, onboarding or performance management (Financial Services experience ideal)
- Confident working within a T&C framework
- Full driving license
