Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Property Management Agent/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for property management and administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily property operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
12-16 hours per week. Must be able to cover holiday periods (to be agreed)
Duties
- Manage property listings and tenant information using Rentman software, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, training will be given.
- Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, addressing tenant queries and scheduling appointments
- Assist in the preparation of lease agreements, renewal notices, and other documentation
- Conduct data entry tasks related to rent payments, maintenance requests, and property inspections
- Support the leasing process.
- Organise and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements
- Experience: Experience in property management, or real estate a bonus but not essential. A minimum of 2 years office administration or office support.
- Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong organisational skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong conflict-resolution abilities, time management, and clear communication.
