Role Purpose: Join the Sky Garden team as a Bartender, delivering exceptional service in one of London’s most iconic venues. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to develop their career within a hgih volume environment while working alongside some of the industry's best talent. This role sits within our bars team servicing 2 high volume bar outlets. What We're Looking For - Previous bartending experience in a busy bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue preferred - Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and high-quality service - Experience working in high-volume environments while maintaining attention to detail - Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and spirits desirable - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods - A team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop What You'll Be Doing - Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards - Providing friendly, professional, and engaging service to guests - Making recommendations and sharing product knowledge to enhance the guest experience - Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation behind the ba - Supporting stock replenishment and ensuring bar areas remain fully operational Good to Know The role pays up to £15.00 per hour and offers excellent training and career development opportunities across our ever-expanding business.
