We\’re looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a key territory and drive growth across a portfolio of industry-leading ware washing, food preparation, and cooking equipment. In this pivotal field-based role, you\’ll work closely with a strong network of regional dealers, focus partners, and key clients to maximise sales, develop new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer value. What You\’ll Be Doing: – Proactively seeking and securing new business to achieve annual growth targets – Building a deep understanding of our product portfolio and marketplace trends – Partnering with dealers and focus partners to generate and convert quality leads – Developing tailored proposals and managing small to medium-sized equipment projects – Providing end-to-end support including product training and technical guidance – Maintaining a structured approach to territory management and customer engagement – Delivering excellent service in line with brand standards and KPIs 🎯 We\’re Looking For Someone Who: – Has a solid background in B2B equipment sales (preferably within catering or similar industries) – Is a strong communicator and relationship builder at all levels – Can identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close sales confidently – Is highly organised, self-motivated, and commercially astute – Has a growth mindset and a passion for delivering value to customers – Is confident using Microsoft Office and managing small project workflows Why Apply?
