Work from anywhere – Warm leads – High-energy team
WANT TO WORK REMOTELY IN A THRIVING STARTUP? Some jobs are just jobs—you clock in, you clock out, you get paid. But if you’re reading this, you’re probably looking for something more. You want a role where you actually enjoy picking up the phone. Where every conversation means something—not just about hitting a number, but helping someone make a confident decision that genuinely improves their life. That’s exactly what we do.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re hiring appointment setters to join one of the fastest-growing agencies in the aesthetic / skin clinic space. Our job? To help women (and men) feel confident in their skin. You won’t be cold calling strangers who don’t care. You’ll be speaking to warm, interested leads—people who already want the treatment and just need that final push. That’s where you come in. You’ll coach them through the decision, handle their concerns, and get them booked in for their transformation. You’re not “just a setter.” You’re the first step in a journey to looking and feeling better.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
- 100% remote – work from anywhere
- Flexible hours (25–40 per week)
- Warm leads only – no cold calling
- Ongoing sales training & mentorship
- £1,500 – £3,500+ per month (base + bonuses)
- Be part of a close-knit team that actually supports you
- Make a real impact, every single day
YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE IF YOU:
- Love speaking to people and building real rapport
- Have 1–2 years experience in appointment setting or phone sales
- Are fluent in English and confident on the phone
- Are competitive, coachable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Want more than a boring 9–5
IT’S PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF:
- You’re just looking for a paycheck and don’t really care
- You hate picking up the phone
- You need someone standing over you to get work done
