Job Description Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader We are hiring an additional team lead and 3 junior recruiters to work in our Southend office for our We Are Legal Revolution brand, supplying recruiting services to Legal and Accounting firms in the US We pay more than anyone else locally, we provide a huge amount of leads, our billings are up there with the highest in the industry, we work harder and longer hours than the industry average. Highlights OTE 200k+ 45k – 55k starting salary Ownership of the Atlanta, Miami, Boston and Washington DC territory Daily training Sophisticated customer base i.e. some of the top Lawyers in the world! 100+ candidate leads per week 20+ client leads a week 500 live clients 17.5% commission – flat rate Top recruiters bill in excess of 100k a month 15 strong support team Total company size 25+ Warm market to work in Things that will put candidates who are not suitable for our environment off 1. We work very long hours to cover USA hours 10:00 – 20:30 Monday to Thursday and reduced hours on a Friday 2. We make a lot of calls, hundreds a day 3. We have a process that works, which has to be followed 4.
