Your teams will create seamless and effective automated delivery pipelines that take features from development into production. You’ll help build the teams that design, build, and maintain our websites and applications, writing code that is seen by millions of customers each month. Join us and be a part of something extraordinary.What you’ll be doingCustomer and Client Interactions: Engage in discussions and agreements on specifications, solutions, and designs.Collaboration with Designers and Architects: Work closely with end-to-end designers and architects to understand functional and non-functional requirements..Platform-Level Initiatives: Lead and execute initiatives to improve system scalability and reliability.Architectural Bottleneck Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks.High Availability Solutions: Design and implement robust solutions that support high availability and fault tolerance.Best Practices Enforcement: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, observability, and system health.Technical Debt Management: Own and drive the technical debt backlog, ensuring continuous improvement of legacy systems.Platform Modernisation: Contribute to efforts including infrastructure, tooling, and automation.Mentorship and Culture Promotion: Mentor engineers and promote a culture of engineering excellence and operational rigor.Security Policy Execution: Be involved in the application and execution of security policies. The skills you’ll need to succeedTo excel in this role, you will need a strong foundation in key technologies and methodologies, along with essential soft skills and experience.Technical Expertise:Multi Brand / Multi Domain API Led Architecture Delivery: Experience in delivering API-led architecture across multiple brands and domains.Experience of Managing Teams/Working Knowledge of App Development: Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, SOAP, REST, Web Services, and React.Commercial Background in Solution Design and Architecture for Telco or Techco Applications: Experience in designing and architecting solutions for telecommunications or technology companies.Background in Multi-Disciplined Software Application Development: Experience in developing software applications across multiple platforms and applications.
