Job Description Are you passionate about working with children and looking for a flexible part-time opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as After School Care Manager. /n The role will start in September 2025. /n The role involves leading After School Care (3.30pm – 6.00pm) during term time. /n (This role can be combined with the separate advertised Holiday Club leader if desired). /n If you enjoy engaging with children, organising activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being, this could be your perfect role! /n Responsibilities: /n Organising and implementing a range of fun and educational activities for children aged 3 to 11 years old. /n Supervise and engage with children during indoor and outdoor playtime. /n Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care, following established policies and procedures. /n Support the team in maintaining a positive and inclusive environment. /n Help with snacks and assist children with their food as needed. /n Communicate effectively with parents, addressing any concerns or questions professionally and promptly. /n Assist with general tidying and cleaning of the club facilities. /n /n Requirements: /n Prior experience working with children in a similar capacity (e.g., school club, summer camp, day care, etc.) and holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification or higher. /n Strong communication skills, both with children and adults. /n Ability to work well within a team and lead by example. /n A positive and energetic attitude with a genuine interest in the well-being and development of children. /n Reliable and punctual, with a flexible schedule to work shifts during school holiday periods. /n A valid first aid certification is a plus but not required (training can be provided). /n /n We will reward you with: /n Above average rates of pay, starting from £15 per hour /n Full-Time/Part-Time positions, throughout the year /n Regular training provided & encouraged /n Fantastic, friendly team /n Excellent behaviour from students /n /n How to Apply: To apply for the After School Care Manager role, please submit an online application outlining your relevant experience and why you are interested in this position via the TES link. /n We appreciate all applications, but only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
