Job Description We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior EHS Advisor to join our construction team and help drive a positive safety culture across our project sites. You will play a key supporting role in promoting and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, company policies, and best practices. Responsibilities include: – Support the implementation of EHS policies and procedures on construction sites. – Assist in conducting site inspections, safety walks, and toolbox talks. – Monitor compliance with site rules, PPE usage, and permit-to-work systems. – Help identify hazards and recommend control measures. – Assist in incident and near-miss investigations, reporting, and follow-up. – Maintain accurate site safety documentation, including induction records, inspection logs, and safety data. – Participate in risk assessments and method statement reviews (RAMS). – Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to promote safe working practices. – Contribute to EHS reports and performance tracking. – Support environmental initiatives, such as waste management and pollution control. Requirements: – 0–2 years of experience in an EHS-related role within construction (internships or placements are acceptable). – Working knowledge of relevant construction safety legislation (e.g., OSHA, HSE, or local equivalents). – Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to work with all levels on-site. – Highly organized and detail-oriented. – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
