Job Description You\’re passionate about property, you are highly organised, super efficient and deadline driven and you absolutely love client contact. You have worked hard and honed your skills but you are stuck. Ready for your next step but it\’s just not coming. Well, I have the perfect opportunity for you within a fantastic team working alongside one of the nicest Partners in the business. How do I know, I do because I know them well and I know how hard they work and look after their team and how much they support them all. This role will see you manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish covering residential sales, purchases, transfers of titles and remortgage transactions. You must be able to check title and conclude missives. In addition to that you will help and support less experienced team members and be a stickler for ensuring all transactions adhere to compliance and AML. It\’s a fast paced role but you will thrive on being busy and will be surrounded by a great team.
