At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Wrexham.
Shift Patterns:
- Day shifts: 07:00-19:00
- Night shifts: 19:00-07:00
- Specific shift: 07:00-15:00 on Thursdays for winders
Pay Rates:
- 12.71 GBP hourly
Requirements for Production Operative:
- Ability to travel to Wrexham Industrial Estate
- Availability to work the 4-on-4-off rotating shift pattern
Skills for Production Operative:
- Previous experience working in a food manufacturing environment
Role for Production Operative:
- Operate across four different stations within the Winders Plant
- Perform picking and packing duties while wearing the required personal protective equipment
- Ensure individual performance meets the necessary output levels
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all company rules and regulations
- Support the team by carrying out duties in a willing and helpful manner
