At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an FLT Picker to work with a leading logistics company in Worksop. This role involves a variety of warehouse tasks, including operating specialized equipment and managing stock.
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Fixed shifts available: 06.00-14.00, 14.00-22.00, or 22.00-06.00
- Includes a 30-minute unpaid break per day
Pay rates
- 13.20 GBP hourly
Must-have requirements for FLT Picker
- Minimum 18 years old
- Previous warehouse experience or willingness to undergo full forklift picking training
- Physically fit for manual handling duties
- Own transport if living outside the Worksop area (within 40 minutes travel time)
Desirable requirements for FLT Picker
- Valid forklift licence or recent experience on Reach Truck or VNA truck
- Strong team player with a high level of flexibility
- Demonstrates self-awareness, responsibility, and a strong duty of care
Role for FLT Picker
- Operate FLT Reach, VNA, and PPT equipment
- Perform pallet and case picking tasks
- Manage stock reallocation and replenishment
- Handle loading and unloading of goods
- Complete general warehouse duties including picking and packing
