At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for FLT Reach Cluster Worker to work with a leading logistics company in Worksop. This role involves operating reach trucks to manage warehouse stock and ensure efficient operations across multiple sites.
Shift Patterns:
- Monday to Friday Rotational 0600-1400/1400-2200
- Fixed Nights 2200-0600
Pay Rates:
- 14.00 GBP hourly
Essential Requirements for FLT Reach Cluster Worker:
- Minimum 18 years old
- Previous experience operating a FLT Reach is required
- Must be willing to travel between DHL Manton Wood 1 (S80 3FY), DHL Manton Wood 4 (S80 3EG), and DHL Bawtry (DN11 9HE)
- Physically fit for manual handling duties
Skills and Qualifications for FLT Reach Cluster Worker:
- Forklift licence or previous recent experience on Reach Truck
- Team player, flexibility, self awareness and responsibility, duty of care
Role Responsibilities for FLT Reach Cluster Worker:
- Operate FLT Reach equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform pallet picking, case picking, and stock replenishment
- Manage reallocation of stock within the warehouse
- Handle loading and unloading of goods
- Complete general warehouse duties including picking and packing
Location: Worksop. This role requires flexibility to travel between multiple sites in the area.
