We are looking for an On-Site Manager who will be in charge of the operational delivery success and growth of one of our job&talent Global Clients.

Shift pattern: Mon-Fri

Salary: £30,000

Location: PE13 2RD

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day Management of the site.
  • Lead and maintain a responsive working team and service to the site, ensuring that the onsite team are aware of the short-term and long-term needs of the site.
  • Oversee site recruitment activities and work closely with site management on staffing level needs and the new starter onboarding process.
  • Collate and prepare Management Information and conduct effective Weekly Meetings with client Operations Managers and/or HR teams.
  • Responsible for weekly closure of payroll, adjustments, holiday pay, distribution of client cost reports and obtaining PO numbers for effective invoicing.
  • Lead the onsite team to comply with Company Policies and internal compliance requirements at all times.
  • Effective management of the onsite team through the monitoring of company systems to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Responsible for team performance against quality targets (KPI’s & site-specific SLA’s).
