We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Darlington.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday // 09:00-17:00 (flexibility required)

Salary: £27,443

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: DL3 0PS

Role of a Recruitment Coordinator:

  • Contacting applicants and booking interviews
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Conducting inductions
  • Filing paperwork

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will need to have:

  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks
  • Problem-solving attitude makes effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • IT Literate
