The Position: We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Assistant to join our team in Boston - PE21 7PJ.

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday (flex on weekends if required)

Location: Boston - PE21 7PJ

Role of a Recruitment Assistant:

  • Pre-screening candidates for interview sessions
  • Managing social media adverts and responses
  • Ensuring all new hires are eligible to work and have the correct right to work documents
  • Carry out interview and induction sessions with groups of applicants

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will need to have:

  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal
  • The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks
  • Problem-solving attitude makes effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • The successful applicant should be computer literate
  • Ability to speak Romanian/Bulgarian is not essential but it would be advantageous

£13 - £13 an hour
